I got. 11.1 sbe ng ob ko. Mtaas ung unang kuha. Pero ung importnte dw ung panglawa at pangatlo. Bumba nman. Iwas nlng sa matamis. At kanin. Pero nkakakain prn ako matmis. Kso bnbawian ko rn sa ibang araw..ok lng ba un. Hehehe
i did OGGT at the 29 weeks.. ang taas ng result ko.. sa tana ng buhay ko di ko aakalain magdidiet ako.. half rice sa umaga at tanghali and no rice sa gabi.. next week i have to repeat the lab ang hopefully bumaba na yung result ko..
I got 6.4 at the 2hr blood test. Didn’t have GD. Sugary things and carbohydrate rich meals will cause your blood glucose to surge (the former more quickly than the latter), so cut down on both and you should be fine:)
I got GD for my first pregnancy but I didn’t take much sweet things except durian. I craved for and drank a lot of sugary drinks during my second pregnancy but I didn’t get GD. But too much sugary drink is not good.

Your diet need to revise. Me also got 8.00. And doctor said I need drink plain water alot and no sweet drink at all. Because my daily diet have sugar like eating rice, bread, mee, etc... So drink alot of plain water.
Had my GD test on my 26 weeks. Doc said my results were okay. Fasting = 4.1 1st hr = 4.4 and 2nd hr = 5.6. I don’t drink soda and eat chocolate. And always find time to walk at least 20mins everyday.
For me normal sya.. Red and black rice ako iwas tlaga sa softdrinks 2 years na.. No flavored juice rin.. Water, milk and yogurt ako now.. Pina iwas ako NG ob sa too much rice, iwas na rin, pasta and breads..

I forgot what i got, but at first they said it’s a hit higher so they have me tested again and this time with fasting and thanks God i got lower and not yet a GD😊 In just 4 days i balanced my diet..
