I deal with this on a daily basis normally when I start to become giddy I always try to sit down and I'll get very bad hot flushes. but I try my best to sit up straight sweat it & rest for at least 10 mins and go back to what I was doing. I'm diagnosed with anemic and was given the dizzy meds tgt with iron tablet however it didn't really help so I try usual do what I mentioned above and it helps! Incase you feel its happening to you more than 5 times a day better to go a&e. I went to KKH and they admitted me immediately however my gynae at NUH said " this is a common symptom in pregnancy "
