im 28 wks and feel so lightheaded. when i tried to walk my body sway left right is this normal

Hello! I’m in my third trimester and I realised that I feel more lightheaded when I get up from bed. What else can I do to help me feel better?

Can try to get up slowly so there wouldn’t be a rush in blood pressure
