Uy mama, I'm so sorry you're going through this worry, that's a lot to carry at 27 weeks. Please make sure your OB-GYN is closely monitoring this with regular scans and specialist follow-ups; they'll give you the most accurate picture of what it means for your baby. These things can sometimes resolve on their own, and sometimes need management after birth, pero talaga kailangan mo ng your doctor's guidance.
I haven't personally been through this exact situation, but a few of us mums in my circle have had prenatal findings that turned out differently than expected once baby was born, some resolved, some needed follow-up. The waiting is the hardest part, pero you're doing the right thing by getting scans.
Reach out to your OB, and if you need emotional support or want to find mums with similar stories, there are support groups din specifically for prenatal diagnoses, hindi ka nag-iisa dito. Stay strong, mama.
