Leaking milk

I’m 26w4d today and my milk has been leaking Everyday 😬 and my nipples and aerola is soooo swollen and extremelyyyyyyy huge 😭 huaaaaaa 😫😂 what can I do to ease the pain? Because I have to clean it Everyday and it hurts big time! Tips on How do u moms clean your nipples? With cotton and water?

Yes I cleaned it with warm water and soft cotton wool. I also used warm compress on my breast and a nipple cream
