i'm currently 35 weeks and still suffering from insomnia... but once i put my cellphone away, nakakatulog ako ng d ko alam.. also ung pag oover think ntn at pagiging paranoid if okay pa c baby sa tummy or what yan ang reason kaya d nakakatulog... how to cope with this kind of situatio? stay calm, relax try mo music therapy.. :) close your eyes kht di ka pa antok then start counting... it helps.
