Vertigo During Pregnancy
Im at 25 weeks and vertigo is very frequent now how to deal with this i couldn’t take it anymore with all d spinning, diziness and vomitting. Multiple doctor visit and A&E already. Cause so much anxiety every single day. 😮💨

I really feel for you, vertigo during pregnancy is no joke and it's tough when it keeps happening even after seeing doctors. Since you've already been to A&E multiple times, it might help to ask your gynae specifically if there's a safe medication or technique they can recommend to manage the spinning and nausea, because constant anxiety on top of the vertigo is draining. In the meantime, a lot of mums find that staying hydrated, eating small frequent meals, and avoiding sudden position changes help reduce the episodes. Have you asked your doctor if it could be related to your iron levels or blood pressure, since pregnancy can affect both? The anxiety piece is real too so don't hesitate to mention that to your doctor as well, whether it's your PD or gynae.
