Hi im 25 weeks pregnant but my bump is still so small and not visible yet with clothes on. I gained nearly 10kg throughout this pregnancy but looks like im just getting fatter and not the baby growing. ? the doc didnt say anyth abt the growth of my baby during the 20th week scan but could it be that my baby is just tiny??? Should i be worried or am i just overthinking?
