I guess it’s normal to crave for sweet food while pregnant. When I was pregnant I was also craving for sweet food but I control my sugar intake. Everything order less sugar and try to limit your sugar intake. Try to share with your partner instead of having one whole portion for yourself
Hormones mess with our choice of food but craving for sweet food doesn’t mean GDM. I craved for spicy and high carb food too. GDM has no symptoms and if you’re worried, check your blood sugar level on your next appointment. Hope you are fine
I really feel its quite normal to crave for sweet food during pregnancy . Just take in moderation , and don't take sweet stuffs everyday . Drink plenty of water to balance
