Hello, im 23weeks day 1 as of today.. My OB wants me to watch my diet, malaki daw kasi ang tyan ko for my weeks eh im planning for normal delivery. Pashare naman mga mommies ng kung pano ginagawa nyong diet. Hirap kasi ako lakas ng cravings ko now while pregnant.
As advised by my OB, every meal 1 cup of rice lang tas kapag snacks naman fruits. Mostly ang kinakain ko, fish, chicken, veggies and fruits.
