Coughing

Hi.. Im at 23 weeks.. Im having a bad cough.. Whenever i cough i will feel my baby move.. Can this cought effect my baby?? Quite worried also.. Mummies come share with me what drink to consume to heal this cough?? Its so irrtitating..
