Itchy breast

I’m 20 weeks pregnant. 1st baby. My breast is so itchy and I have small red bumps around it. Is it normal? I can’t get it check since it’s quarantine plus I don’t feel like it’s urgent. Should I worry about this? Sometimes it’s itchy, sometimes it’s not.
