Im 19 weeks pregnant, can i know when will the baby start to kick? Usually at what weeks will i start to feel it? This is my first pregnancy ?

ako nararamdaman ko na parang may malaking laman na gumagalaw sa loob ng tyan ko pero hindi ko pa sya nakikita sa labas ng tyan ko. ramdam kolang sa loob. 😅
