Same here, I'm also 19 weeks pregnant first time mom, Now, I can feel my baby is kicking. Nung around 17 to 18 weeks,madalas din po ako nakakaranas ng paninigas ng tiyan at pagsakit ng likod ng baywang, then I consulted to my obgyne and she gave me duphaston saka yung isa pang gamot for the pain. I suggested to other moms here na much better po na magtanong po tayo sa obgyne natin, just to make sure that our baby is safe pati po tayo. We need extra careful po pala especially when were handling heavy things at over fatigue. Yun po bilin ng obgyne ko, just wanna share. God bless to all moms and will soon becoming mom like me.
