19 weeks pregnancy

I'm on my 19 week pregnancy (1st baby) and had spot bleeding. i'm sacred. My doctor advised me to have 7 days complete bedrest and drink Ixosilan for 7 days also 3 times a day. My baby is oki in good heart beat, rolling and playing in my tummy. My cervix was close upon checking the Doctor that good indication of low chance of miscarriage. But i don't know what to feel. I need to be relax but sometimes I feel really scared and worried for my baby.
