Any tips for SCH? first time mom here...

Hi! i was diagnosed with SCH last week... when i was 8 weeks and 3 days pregnant i was diagnosed with SCH... yesterday i went to my check up and my doctor said that my SCH grew bigger i was on full bed rest and taking duphaston 4x a day.... now i'm on my 9th week and advised to have another 1 week complete bed rest and another doses of duphaston...my doctor said that i shouldn't be worried... any tips please?... #firstbaby #pregnancy #1stimemom #advicepls

Sundin mo lang ang advise sayo ng OB mo, pag sinabi nya n bed rest ka, mgbed rest k and take mo p rn yung duphaston as advised by your OB. Iwasan mo ma stress and pray lagi na umokey na kayo ni baby. I was diagnosed with SCH on the 1st month of my pregnancy, 1 month bed rest plus meds (duvadilan). After nun umokey na din, nawala na yung SCH. 😊
