Fever of 39.2

I’m 18 weeks pregnant and despite self medicating, the fever goes up and down accompanied with cough and flu. Negative for covid Should I seek help now or just go straight to KKH tomorrow first thing in the morning?

Seek medical treatment at clinic nearby/poly. No need to go KKH otherwise will be long waiting time and perhaps, you will be admit/isolated if needed.
