Avoid sitting or standing for long periods of time. Blood circulation will flow better
Use a small tool / cushion , try to sit and put your feet up when possible.
Try wear compression stockings
Soak your feet in Epsom salt at night (20 mins -30mins )
Avoid taking too salty foods
Drink plenty of water
Massage your feet
Light exercise : Go for a slow walk / Swimming
Eat rich foods :)
