It’s okay, kabisado mo katawan mo. You know when you’re hungry or not. Nagaadjust pa kasi Yang mga katawan natin. Ganyan din ako. Sometimes I look pregnant, sometimes Hindi. If dizzy and nasusuka ka.. Rest, take your vitamins, eat healthy, drink lots of water, and sleep more. If nasusuka ka, magtabi ka lagi ng maasim na candy. It helps - well, for me.
