Sleep position

Hi all.. im 15 weeks.. seem to find all positiin uncomfortable.. wake with twinge of cramps of left or right side abdomen (sometimes lower pelvic) any advise pls😴❤

does your stomach have stwinge of cramps too?. its not painful.. but its there😶...
