Pregnancy

when will the embarrasing peeing stop?

i'm 14weeks+ currently and i still cannot control the urge to accidentally pee a little mostly everytime i sneeze. i do kegel exercises every single day. but whenever i sneeze i just cannot control myself. its embarassing to have to keep changing my clothes/innerwear. thankfully it only happens at home. but my pee usually is clear and no smell 😅 cause i always have the urge to pee. in the morning the first pee is the worst i can just sit on the toilet for sometime cause there will still be some pee left 🤦 shower and after shower pee again. sometimes i tell my husband " idk where all this water is coming from 🤣"
