Worst appetite in my life

I’m 14 weeks 2 days pregnant but I feel like my appetite is getting worse day by day. Used to be able to finish a whole plate but I’m forcing myself to eat at least half of it now. No cravings for food but yet I need to eat. How can I improve this condition? :( #firstpregnancy #pleasehelp #advicepls

Don’t need to force yourself to eat! Just do whatever you want; if you can only eat three spoons then just eat three spoons. Don’t make yourself miserable than you already are. Your stomach is a lot smaller now, your organs are pushing upwards and will be even more squeeze as your baby grows
