Slightly flu

I'm 14 week now but currently feel heaty with slight flu and vomit in the morning continuously after breakfast. Dizzy last night. Any remedies or is it normal? #1stimemom #advicepls #pregnancy

Maybe just to err at side of caution, take the covid art test. Heaty could be the food you take. Flu (runny or block nose) maybe a bug or virus or just your pregnancy hormones causing you to be more sensitive to allergens. Vomit is either a pregnancy symptom or could be illness caused. Dizzy as well. So I think you should try various things to ease each symptom and monitor over next few days.
