Anyone experience bloating?

I'm 12 weeks today and have been extremely bloated since I'm pregnant. I constantly look like I'm 4 months pregnant. Anyone experiencing the same and how do you manage bloat?

same 🥲 i ate gaviscon sometimes and just try to drink more water. i feel so uncomfortable all the time
