Yellow sticky discharge

I'm on my 11 week and 5 days. I had a yellow sticky discharge last jan 1 and I forgot to tell my OB about it when I went to her clinic yesterday. But before, my last check up, she told me to undergo to some laboraties. Urine and blood tests and present it to her for my next check up. All my results were fine according to her but she still advised me to drink more water. Do I need to feel worried because of my discharge?
