sore throat and colds during pregnancy

hi mommies. ask ko lang po anong remedy niyo for colds and sore throat while pregnant. next week pa po kasi ang sched ko ng checkup hindi ko matanong ang ob ko. ayaw ko rin naman po uminom ng gamot baka hindi safe kay baby. ano po kaya ang pwede gawin para mawala ang colds and sore throat? 31 weeks preggy here. thanks po. #AskingAsAMom #thirdtrimester #firstmom

kagagaling ko lang sa matinding sipon, momsh. Levocetirizine ang nireseta ng OB ko. tapos sinabayan ko ng warm water therapy. pwede din may lemon or calamansi kung di ka acidic.

suob po,calamansi juice if not acidic,vitamin c with zinc,more rest,more water if kaya niyo po better flu vaccine para maiwasan po ang sakit...

Immunpro yung vit c + zinc tas nasal spray since may allergic rhinitis ako niresetahan din ako cetirizine
