Is relactsiton possible? And does poly provide such consultation?

Hi. I’m 10months pp n stopped breastfeeding & pumping when my baby is arnd 5 months old. I tried to do relactation few times but my milk supply still low. Does polyclinics provide consultation for relactation purposes?
