hey its normal to have insomnia now and about during your pregnancy, but just ensure it doesnt affect your physical activities later in the day! maybe you might wanna bring the issue up to your gynae and see what medication they can provide you with! i’d also like to recommend you to try drinking warm milk half an hour before you intend to fall asleep. if you dont like milo, you can go ahead and sub it with hot green tea or chamomile tea! make sure you clear your head before you lay down on your bed. dont think too much, all will be well. congratulations and stay safe always! 🤍
