Airline and custom usually won’t have issue on all these essential items if you’re traveling with baby.. I brought 2 bottles of water, diaper cream and empty baby’s milk bottles which all more than e quoted weight/size but all passed.. Be safe and don’t cause delay when baggage checking, please make sure u pack in baby’s bag not your own bag..
no issue on any amount as long as baby is with you. i just travelled recently with 1L bottle and no issue.
