Honestly, it really depends on kung anong exercise ka gusto gawin at kung paano ka naging active before pregnancy, kung sedentary ka before, mas careful dapat vs kung regular kang nag-exercise. Best talaga is magtanong sa OB mo kung safe pa ba for you ang specific activities mo, kasi every pregnancy is different and may mga conditions na mas need ng rest. I personally kept doing light walks and prenatal yoga throughout third trimester kasi okay ang OB ko, pero had friends na kailangan mag-rest na ng earlier weeks. So consultahan mo talaga ang doctor mo para sure!
