Hello ma! It takes about 6 weeks for the stitches on the outside to heal, but the internal healing takes longer. For me, it took around 6 months before I felt completely healed. Typically, external stitches from a C-section heal within 6 weeks to 3 months, but the internal ones require more patience. So, be sure to rest and follow your OB-GYN's instructions closely.
