I gave birth via C-section a little over 7 months ago. I breastfed at first, pero after 3 months, I started supplementing with formula. Ang period ko ay bumalik when my baby was around 4 months old. At first, medyo light and irregular siya, pero now it’s back to my normal cycle. I think it really depends kung gaano katagal ka mag-breastfeed, and how your body recovers after birth.
