Regla ng cs

Hi momsh! I had my C-section almost a year ago, and until now, wala pa akong period. I breastfed my baby for about 8 months, and I didn’t expect my period to return during that time. But even after I stopped breastfeeding, I’m still waiting. My OB told me that ilang buwan bago reglahin ang CS mom, it can take up to a year for some women. I’m not too worried yet, but I’m planning to check with my doctor soon kung wala pa rin. I’ll keep monitoring my health in the meantime.
