Hi! I had a C-section three months ago. Honestly, I wasn’t really thinking about kung ilang buwan bago reglahin ang CS mom. Since I’m exclusively breastfeeding, I wasn’t expecting my period to come back anytime soon. My OB said it’s normal kasi breastfeeding can delay menstruation. Some moms even wait up to six months or more. So for now, I’m just focusing on taking care of my baby and waiting for it to come back. So far, everything’s good!
