If you have small kids, have you ever vacationed with your husband leaving the kids behind? My kids aren't too little anymore, but I'm worried about leaving them with my helper.

I think you shouldn't leave them behind with just the helper. It is definitely good and healthy to go for a vacation with your hubby now that the kids are a little older but if possible, try to leave them with a relative together with the helper. I think it's safer this way.
