Is Down’s Syndrome Screening necessary?

If termination of pregnancy is never an option, is there any importance to go through this screening? Did you do yours? And your reasons for doing it? Thanks!

I had the same thinking as you did during my pregnancy. But went for it in the end as we wanted to be mentally prepared should bb be high risk for DS
