If headache, migraine, dizzyness and nausea is really bad with vomittings, will baby be affected? Is baby ok?

Think these are common symptoms that is associated with pregnancy. But it is bothering you a lot or if you are really worried, no harm visiting your gynae for a check for a peace of mind :)
