If baby wakes up and cries at the 2h mark after last feed, should i give him milk or pat him to sleep more? He is able to sleep after some patting.. and now has a hard time waking up and is past his feed time

Babies cry for many reasons. mostly they cry when they feel hungry. Frist feed the baby. then help baby to sleep more. if baby cry with out sleeping. then there may be another reason .
