Are you planning to cater? If so, Stamfords Catering Services is a popular choice -- when I was working in the govt sector, nearly all the events I went to were catered by them. In fact, my non-Muslim colleagues would cater from them whenever they have open houses etc because they are familiar with the food. I have no complaints about their quality and taste of food. They are pretty affordable too. http://www.stamfordcs.com.sg/buffet-catering/

I like it v much as the portion is generous and te taste is good. I specifically like their white bee Hoon and honey grazed chicken. They never fail to amaze me.

Buffet would be ideal. I've tried e creative and has been uaing them on many occasions with good feedback. Their portions are also big. Say if i got guest of 80pax, i only order 50pax and it is more than enough. If cakes ate required, they have it too.
