Honestly sis, it really depends sa area mo and kung gaano kalaki ang bahay, but from what a few of us tried, most services charge around P150-300 per hour or P2,000-5,000 for a full house cleaning, kaya mas mura kung monthly package na. I'd suggest asking around sa iyong neighborhood moms or checking local Facebook groups kasi maraming independent cleaners doon na may better rates than agencies, plus you can talk directly sa kanila about what you need!
