how long can I keep expressed BM for after warming up

I'd usually warmed up my BM from the fridge for my LO. If he does not finish the BM, can I still keep it in room temperature to mix it with the next batch of warmed-up-BM for his next feed in 3-4h?

No. Dont mix. If tou keep in the fridge and warm up suggest the most keep 1hr. If he cant finish throw it away
