salam sis,i pn pnh alami msa preg, rsa cm penuh je kt bgian perut,rsa sukar pnafas..finally i try kaji mknn apa yg sbbkn i rsa x slsa ..then rupa2nya i x blh mkn roti biasa & kne mkn ikut time..cbth:- sarapan, mnm pagi,mkn tghri ,mnm ptg & mkn mlm(kne on time)..mnm pagi(10am) & mnm ptg(4pm) tu try mkn biskut ke atau buah2 spt pear atau epal..sarapan tu try mkn bubur nasi atau meehun sup..at least jgn skip mkn..try step ni smpi perut rsa ok..moga bmnfaat sis😉🥰
