Aww sayang, I haven't personally been through PP type 4 ward admission, tapi a few of my mum friends have been admitted sebelum bersalin and they say essentials je yang dibenarkan, biasanya pakaian yang senang untuk bersalin (button-front or gown), toiletries, phone charger, and comfortable undergarments yang boleh throw away. Best you call the ward directly to ask their current SOP sebab memang restrictions boleh berbeza dari satu hospital ke satu, and they'll give you the most accurate list so you tak bawak benda yang tak boleh masuk.
