My 7 month old boy has not drank his milk for 12 hours. What should I do?

I am worried since my boy is not drinking his milk at all. He is teething also, doesn’t take solids and has been rejecting his milk for the last 12 hours. No fever but he is fussing a lot. Should I bring him to see a doc?
