Hospital Leave (subsidised)

I work in an infant care environment and suffering from bad sciatica and pelvic pain. My job involves me sitting on the floor for long hours and standing while carrying infants the whole day. It aggravated the pain further. I went to the Dr but all they told me is to rest and not stress my body too much. I have bad pain when i walk or put pressure on my left leg. The pain will shoot up to my lower back and at times, even my vagina. Will i be able to get HL from the gynae for such reasons? I am planning to start taking my ML at 36 and I already ran out of my MC and AL. :( Currently at 29 weeks. Any advise?#advicepls
