Not wear binder to sleep

I went thru csection coming to 2 weeks ago and been wearing binder, even to sleep. However i fibd it very uncomfortable to wear to sleep and would wake up to more body ache. Is it ok to not wear binder to sleep ?

Yes you can if it is uncomfortable. However throughout the other period you are to use it to keep posture right, and your c section area nice and in place (not painful)
