Bleeding

So i went to KK to check on why im bleeding but doc said my babys heartbeat is still there and they prescribed me oral utrogestan.but it made my tummy cramp so bad and yesterday night while peeing, it felt like a huge blood clot came out and indeed it is. Is this worrying or have anyone had the same effect of utrogestan? :(
