Heart Flickering

I went for my first scan and doc told me that there is a yolk sac and saw a heart flickering. Does it mean that the baby is developing?

Congratulations....:) Our Dr was excited and asked us if we want to hear it althou she said there might be no sound yet. but when we heard the sound its a diff kind of feeling
