Slow Heart Beat

So I went for my 4th checkup and my gynae at kkh told me that the heart beat was slow and the embryo size is 4.4mm when he calculated I must be at week 8 given my 1st day of last menses. Anyone encounter this? Is it a miscalculation of weeks?
