Im week 24 with second baby. I checked with gynae and she said its ok to continue latching till second one is born. Subsequently then satisfy second one needs first as the first one can get nutrition from food she eats.
Usually ur gyane would ask u to stop nearer to the EDD else you will induce early delivery
